I experienced an unfair labour practice, in that I was issued a final written warning, due to poor leadership and management style. 

 

I reached out to Nqobile, who asked me questions about the matter, leading to the gathering of information for her assessment. 

 

She walked me though the process of raising an internal dispute, leading to the withdrawal of the warning.
